One of the outstanding scientific challenges is the construction of an architecture and development of a methodology that can enable useful quantum computing.

Our mission is to lay the scientific and technological foundations to make this a reality. We use superconducting qubits, which operate at near-zero temperatures and are controlled by high-speed electronic signals. We work on developing the quantum devices as well as the gates and algorithm implementations. We’re a diverse team that operates at the intersection of scientific exploration and engineering insight.
